Standard operating guidelines for commercial orders and supply.
1. Business-to-Business Supply
Renol Foods supplies products exclusively on a B2B basis to commercial entities including food processors, ingredient blenders, industrial bakeries, beverage companies, and merchant export buyers. Retail consumer sales are not supported.
2. Technical Specifications & COA
Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and batch parameter sheets are provided with commercial orders. Verification against target product parameters occurs prior to dispatch from Bavla.
3. Minimum Order Quantities & Custom Batches
Commercial orders and custom formulation runs are subject to minimum order thresholds determined by specific fruit, vegetable, or culinary powder profiles, carrier balancing, and packaging specifications.
4. Packaging & Storage Responsibility
Powders are delivered in protective multi-wall bags or airtight containers. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining recommended cool, dry storage conditions below 25°C to safeguard flowability and shelf longevity.
