Standard Batch Evaluation Parameters

Every production batch in Bavla is evaluated against pre-defined physical and analytical benchmarks to guarantee consistency across commercial manufacturing lines:

Moisture Control

Monitored with moisture analyzers to safeguard powder flowability, avoid caking, and preserve microbiological stability during shelf storage.

Particle Size & Mesh

Sieved and calibrated from coarse seasoning mesh (40–60 mesh) to fine instant beverage dispersion (80–120 mesh) based on client line specs.

Solubility & Reconstitution

Assessed for rapid rehydration without unwanted sedimentation, clumping, or lumping in automated food and beverage blending processes.

Color & Aroma Consistency

Sensory evaluation compared against reference baselines to ensure natural fruit and vegetable acidity, vibrancy, and profile fidelity.

Batch Documentation & Certificates

Each commercial dispatch is accompanied by standard commercial documentation. Certificate of Analysis (COA) specifying measured moisture, bulk density, particle size, and organoleptic parameters is generated and verified before dispatch.
